This course focuses on the latest ethical and legal knowledge for real estate practice in the state of Texas. In part I, you will review ethical requirements for real estate agents, explore your duties in an agency relationship, examine your fiduciary responsibilities to your client and the law, and learn how to deal with conflicts of interest.
