Garret Brandt is an attorney with more than 25 years of experience in real estate law. During this time, he owned his own law practice where he represented and advised thousands of clients in the purchase and sale of residential and commercial property and virtually every aspect of owning and developing real estate. He has written, interpreted, and advised on contracts, taught classes to agents on contracts, and covered many other aspects of real estate and condominium law.
Garret also spent 3 years practicing oil and gas law in San Antonio, Texas, before becoming in-house counsel and Director of Risk Management at Keller Williams Heritage. In this role, he reviews thousands of deals each year, works daily with hundreds of agents, and advises agents on contract completion and interpretation, current real estate laws, and successfully navigating transactions for buyers and sellers.
Lisa Nuttall Munoz is currently Corporate Broker of Record and Vice President of Operations for the largest real estate franchise of Keller Williams Realty worldwide, Keller Williams Heritage in San Antonio. She has 20 years, all with Keller Williams Heritage, in the industry of real estate sales and marketing. She holds a BBA in accounting and spent 15 years in accounting and finance as Director of Finance and Acquisitions for two Fortune 200 Medical Corporations.
After a few years of practicing real estate sales and marketing she received her Texas real estate broker license and entered the leadership management role of Keller Williams Heritage, then a 500-agent company. Over the past years Lisa and the leadership team have grown the company to over 1100 agents.
Lisa has managed, trained, and consulted thousands of real estate professionals in many areas of practice including real estate contracts, legal, finance, marketing, social media, and negotiating skills. Her passion is educating new and seasoned realtors and guiding them to be the best they can be so to serve their clients competently and professionally.
