This course is designed to help agents learn how their clients buy and how to meet their needs. They will also learn the importance of asking the correct questions and how to listen effectively. They will become efficient in negotiating. They will be exposed to certain formulas that will help them understand the selling process. The process and importance of following up with a client will be stressed along with guidelines on how to do it effectively.
